Melbourne, Australia — Nissan Australia and New Zealand have earned 2024 Great Place To Work certification, with the employee-driven accolade recognising Nissan Motor Company Australia and New Zealand, Nissan Financial Services Australia and New Zealand and the Nissan Casting Australia Plant for delivering a rewarding and high-trust culture for its hundreds of employees.
This prestigious award is entirely employee-led, and is earned through a company-wide survey that asks staff to report on workplace culture, diversity, equity, experiences and opportunities.
The surveys are entirely anonymous, and only companies with overwhelmingly positive responses can be named an official Great Place To Work.
The results from the survey saw the Nissan group of companies across Australia and New Zealand awarded the accolade – with Nissan the only car OEM in Australia and New Zealand to receive official certification in 2024.
