Melbourne, Australia – Nissan's flagship Z Proto model is effectively sold-out in Australia after customers were invited to reserve a vehicle prior to its highly anticipated arrival.
Developed by a passionate team of designers and engineers, the all-new Nissan Z represents an approachable sports car for the modern age – with an unmatched 50-plus year heritage and global fan base.
"The Z is the ultimate expression of Nissan's sports car credentials and we expected demand to be strong for this incredibly special vehicle," says Nissan Australia managing director, Adam Paterson. "I'm excited to confirm that all Australian production of Z Proto spec is now sold-out."

The all-new Z will usher in a new chapter of Nissan performance when it arrives in mid-2022, with its 3.0-litre V6 twin-turbocharged engine delivering significant gains in both power and torque.
Available with a nine-speed automatic complete with paddle shifters, or a six-speed manual with synchronised rev control for faster shifting, the Nissan Z is engineered for performance from the outset, including a mechanical limited-slip differential and launch control as standard equipment.
